1 February 2009 Match report for Wilmslow Town U13 Cougars 1 - 5 away win against Urmston Town JFC U13 (B) (01/02/2009)
Wilmslow win back to back with a 5-1 victory over Urmston Town. Albion started fantastically. Paddy scored one straightaway, Joe G scored one soon after and Paddy blasted a penalty past the keeper to make it 3-0 after about twenty minutes. The game went flat for a bit after that but, after about thirty minutes, Joe G found the far right corner with a well-placed shot. Urmston started the second half strongly and managed to get a goal, but Albion didn’t let that put them under pressure and Jeremy lashed the ball into the net after a corner to make it 5-1. It stayed like this for the rest of the game. Albion are looking like a much better team than the one that started the season. Let’s make it three in a row next week. Team
